Welcome to FurryLingo ("the App"), operated by NeoSpark Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. To subscribe to paid features, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings:
Upon expiration, a 30-day grace period preserves your data. Refunds are subject to the applicable store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
When you upload pet photos and enter environment descriptions ("User Content"), you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating AI translations and maintaining your translation history. You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
The App, its branding (🐾 FurryLingo / FurryLingo), design, code, and AI model configuration are our intellectual property. AI-generated translations are provided for entertainment purposes and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store, governed by its terms of service. The App uses AI services from Groq for translation generation. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
The App and its AI-generated translations are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI translations. The App is intended for entertainment purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoSpark Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
